Return to Me! Come and See!
Life can be exhausting. The daily grind, responsibilities, and unexpected hardships often leave us drained, weary, and in desperate need. We can find ourselves pouring out so much—to our families, our ministries, our friendships—that we begin to feel empty. But the good news is this: God has called us here this weekend! This opening message sets the tone for the entire weekend and opens each one of us up to the work God has planned for this Conference. We need to help them remember that God inhabits the praises of His people! (Ps 22:3) Remember that when we praise Him, He is among us! We come into His gates with singing and into His courts with praise! (Ps 100:4) The purpose of this session is to draw us away from the world and into the presence of God – where He can perform the miracles He has already prepared for us! As it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the human heart conceived, what God has prepared for those who love him” (1 Cor. 2:9)
